Recommendation from client
It is when I get sms´s from my clients like this I really love my job and it makes me feel good that I´ve helped another person being able to walk or sit again without pain, and so that they can get back into training and living a normal life again:
I thought it was a good training hour and the service was top notch, you've been good to explain to me how the exercises should be done, and it was really fun, and Sophie, you are a great sweet and lovely person to be around and I can really feel you are passionate about what you do. With the energy you exude when working under such a personal training session, one would believe you were only in your mid-20 s. Sincerely Mads A.
MVH Mads A.

Morfin foods
Please check this link out for better understanding what effect some foods has on our health, mental as physical.
Just wanted to add that I don´t agree with him about the pasta thing he talks about, and I do think that some people need animal protein, we are all built different and we have different needs as our biochemistry is totally different. But anyways, morfin peptides are to blame for many "diseases" like the symptom of autism that doctors from Norway have done studies on for over 10 years now, and all of the people that got the diagnose "autism" had high levels of morfinpeptides in their urin.
Morfin peptides are protein molecules from gluten (wheat) and casein (milkprotein) that the body cannot break down to smaller aminoacidspeptides.(e.g. due to lack of enzyms). The MP can cross the brain/blood barrier and cause havoc in the brain becasue they look just like the molecules in our own central nervoussystem- the endorphines, so the MP fits to the morfin- or opiode receptors in our brain and cause symptoms like ADHA, Austism, OCD, DAMP, NLD, depression, psycosis, scizofrenia, migrane and eating disorders.
